Storage and retention

Stored on UCPH infrastructure

Audio files and transcriptions are stored securely on a designated internal network share at the University of Copenhagen. Your data never leaves UCPH infrastructure. Auditing is enabled on the network share, so every access to the stored data is logged.

Deleted after 30 days

Transcriptions and their source audio are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, or immediately upon request.
